Monteliusvägen is a picturesque walking path located in near Slussen in  Stockholm,  offering stunning panoramic views of the city’s skyline, including landmarks such as Gamla Stan (the Old Town), Riddarholmen Church, and Lake Mälaren.

The path is popular among locals and tourists alike for leisurely strolls and photography, especially during sunrise or sunset when the cityscape is bathed in beautiful light.

The 400-meter-long walking path winds along the edge high above Söder Mälarstrand. It starts at Kattgränd and Öbergska gården in the west, where stairs lead to Torkel Knutssonsgatan and Bastugatan respectively. The path ends in the east at Bastugatan, near Cederborgska villan.

Along the way, visitors encounter several terraces and park benches, some with fixed tables, offering a fantastic view of Riddarfjärden, the City Hall and southern Kungsholmen, Riddarholmen, and Gamla stan.
