Description of Spårvägsmuseet

A Stockholm subway car passes by Götgatan in southern Stockholm. Picture from 1933. The Stockholm Transport Museum houses thousands of objects like vehicles, drawings, uniforms, tickets and much more describing the history of local transportation in Stockholm, especially from the the 1900th century and on.

A museum for all ages, with interactive installations, library, shop and café with play area.

Opening hours

Mon–Fri 10am–5pm, Sat–Sun 11am–4pm.
