At the Tobacco & Match Museum at Skansen, Stockholm, you can learn the history about the tobacco and match industry in Sweden. Solstickan is one of the more famous match brands. The Tobacco & Match Museum tells the history of tobacco and matches.

Real tobacco is grown and you can see how it´s harvested. Exhibitions on cultivation, manufacturing and design during three centuries. Pipes, matches, cigars, cutters and snuffboxes.

Many of the objects come from the hundreds of tobacco factories that operated in Sweden until the monopolization was carried through by the Swedish state in 1915.
