Additionally we wish to exhibit this canoe at the Thames Traditional Boat Rally on the weekend 16 and 17 July and hoped we may be able to offer more information on this canoe. I am part of the organisation of the Historic Canoe and Kayak Association, and a recent query concerns open canoes manufactured in Sweden in the 1960s and sold by Tyne Folding Canoes of Twickenham, near London. The canoes, which I believe are cold moulded veneer came in two sizes and feature in the Tyne catalogues for 1964 and 1965.
